Ireland & Northern Ireland: €8.00

Free Shipping for orders over €100.

Delivery within 1-5 working days after your order has been accepted.

UK: €15

Free Shipping for orders over €250.

Delivery within 3–10 working days after your order has been accepted.

Europe: €25

Delivery within 3–12 working days after your order has been accepted.

Rest of World: €35

Delivery within 5–15 working days after your order has been accepted.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. We are not responsible for any custom fees or duty charged on international shipments.

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please note:

The item must be in re-saleable condition and returned to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery. To arrange a return please email help@thechestnutcollection.ie before returning items in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed with tags in place. The order number or proof of purchase must also accompany the item.

We recommend sending your return via tracked post (as we are not liable for lost packages) and retaining your tracking number for reference. You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed.

REFUNDS

Where the above conditions have been met, we will refund your card within a maximum 3 days of receiving your item. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 7 days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account. If this has not occurred within this period please contact us immediately.
